Found one a few months ago in a QL180-ish mish
[Vicinity Loot Messages] Phyxerbabe looted Instruction Disc (Summon Grid Armor Mk III) from Remains of Seasoned Bodyguard.

Confirming that these do drop off dyna bosses. Today, I was wandering around killing dynas, as I often do, and got the surprise of my (game)life off a lvl 115ish pit lizard.
