is it just me, or do they need a halfway point nano between this and basic? i mean, atm my lvl 21 nt dosent cast basic HE because it dosent give enough to be worth the NCU, and this is too high for a couple lvls...

i dont see how this is easy at level 15 or 20 unless you are ob'ed. those nano skills conflict with mat. creat and if you dont implant mat. crea, you are severly gimping yourself

Yeah, me too, how is this "easy" at 20 w/o imps... base skill of an NM NT is 108.... add expertise and you are at 128..
You still need infuses to bridge that gap. It may be possible to cast this at 20, but it isn't "easy" Like rico said, who is going to imp this over MC? NTs should triple imp MC to cast the best nuke.
