lvl 32? With ql75 imps and expertise only? Smell the BS from Mr 'I want a big e-peen cos I'm hung like a fieldmouse IRL'
You get 149 base skill at 32 if you're nanogimp (less for opi etc), add 20 for expertise and maximum 85 for imps (being generous as I know the shining cluster clashes) thats 254. 67 points short. Thats a lot to make up in perks, buffing pistols etc.
Just be honest and say you got it at lvl 40 or you had OSBs for it at 32. You can't fool us you know.

i don't know why you even dignified that with a response:) Yeah I use this with my 24 twink and Bracer of Recondite Flames. Of course I have a couple ql 100 imps, expertise, and an agent who's fp'd MP for moochies handy.

Also, at level 40 Spiritual Master perk line gives Dragonfire which is a direct damage and fire AC debuff.

Although Dragonfire is good, it doesn't add up to someone using the totw rings. If you are solo, this is probably the better one although you lose +18 or +20 dmg. Over the course of time not even this fire debuff is enough dmg to keep this nano on par with the energy ones.

Dragonfire does quite a bit more than you'd think, Siege (gotten about 100 point boost to crit damage on a TL2 MA). You're also forgetting the fact that Bracer of Recondite Flames exists, while there is no equivalent Energy bracer.
