when this nano came out and when it was made 200% crit...there was no such thing as "crit reduction" in game.

Crit chance in pvp got halved. Same time as PVP Damage got halved.
That happened patch 14.2.1.
Check it for fun on the UVC nano.

So which is applied first? the perk reduction? or the PvP halving? is it 200 - 80 / 2 = 60, or 200 / 2 -80 = 20?

U can cast this again before it runs out to refresh it, so u can make it last twice as long.
