Found good use for this in the Shadowlands.
If you wanna heal, start off by SL calming the mob, then spam RK calms. You might have a semi-hard time making the RK calm land though so to up your chances you can just hit this speech to lower their resist and keep on spamming. :D

doesnt debuff by much, personally i prefer the -crit chance one for pvp

in pvp i'm sure all the crats got CiB perked so they can't get any critical hits so personally i prefer this

Let me begin by saying that this nano is great for landing things, paired with iRoO you can debuff -198.
However.. still not enough
I dueled a 150 MA today with a 131 crat. I confirmed the MA had about 340 NR. Even WHILE THIS WAS RUNNING, I still couldn't land anything :P (800-900 in all nano skills on my crat) Soo... maybe not the best in some PvP, but it does have its uses
