hehe i can cast mine befor the red leaves my hand hmm bout 5 secs bloody long down time prevents this from being very useful in anything but PvP when ya got bio up

This would be much more useful if they made the cast/recharge lower, definatly not as useful if your dualing pistols at full def and you cast it. *arg the pain of dieing while only 1/4th the way done casting my CH!*

Instead of 13s cast and 13s recharged I would love to see 5s cast and 25s recharge. Adds a small amount of total time, but improves usability of the nano a pretty large amount. Unfortunatly, never going to happen. ;)
