I wish the +4 heal delta buff didn't only last 10 minutes... even a ql 200 hacked boosted graft can only be used once every 13.34 minutes!!!! This leaves me vulnerable for 3.34 minutes!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
*This actually would heal a total of 1,200 nano over 10 minutes, assuming you had 800 stamina for the 2 sec tick and were always out of nano. Not that 1,200 over 10 minutes means anything by the time you have 800 stamina :p

Whyever would it heal nano? it's a Heal Delta buff not a Nano Delta buff? Stacks with the Generic +3 Heal delta buff and soldier one, 8+ Heal Delta at low LVL woho.
