Make a 49 fixer for BS and twink nanoskills to use this to cast on enfos. 3'd rage only removes Combat nanos <= 31 NCU, this take 32 NCU ;) Should give those op enfos something to think about :p

Shop buyable? Have camped advanced shop 2 days and it just isnt there.
