The taunt make this useless in PvM??? Who cares HOW mad the mob is, -1.4k runspeed is like a root that doesn't break on hit all the time. Just duck out of the room, over the hill, etc. if you don't have greater range than them. This nano makes Attuned CRU missions downright easy, if you can keep your pets from killing the target too soon.

Warning! Spelling difference between the Nano Crystal and the Effect. If you want to roll this, Roll for "Obediance", not "Obedience". But rollable nevertheless.
