it is a bit useless when u need 2 heal fast,and it doesnt give very much,it could be at least 100<pts

great for low level dual wielding MA's, only 15 sec lock on this one (next higher one is 20 seconds). Stim first aid / Tree of Life, then you'll be able to cast heals again (only really stops you from using 1-2 heal casts with their insane recharge). Nice for boss hunting as well.

Plus really, if you really need to heal, then you worry about health recharge management before casting this. Cause you would already be aware that once you casted you are royal screwed for 15 seconds if you were so relying on that last bit of heal to stay alive, lol.
