it's probably a mission only item, like mochams and infusions, etc.

Both of them (being ql125+) are obtainable only through missions - luckily they are in solo missions, and easy to get :)

I was wondering if an agent really needs sneak attack, any of you used sneak attack on an agent? thats a melee skill, aint it?

agents wont need it, but melee advs and 1he enfs will be your new best friend if you buff them to get that new sword on :)

This is why traders should all use rifles. This+drains+wrangle from another trader+scope+tts = WAY higher ql rifle than one ought to ever be able to use :D
