you mean you don't max your fixer's concealment everytime you level? :-)
actually, like Back Pain, i would suspect that this is another opportunity to get in the good graces of your local agent (for when you need him/her to fp a trader and wrangle you)

Not really, an agent could cast their team concealment buffs... like, Meld With background for example. Would overwrite this.

And by the time the fixer has 134 PM/SI, his concealment will already be so high that 40 points makes little difference.

Noone seems to have mentioned it yet, but I suppose this could be nice for pvp. Not that I do pvp :P but I know at least some fixers who max concealment.
