I would suggest not bothering with this as only drill missile and lower does worse DPS, although not bad for an opening attack i suggest using one of the faster nanos such as performance review or stinging reminder

pffft get a nano recomplier and a 6 slot, they will also help with instant charms etc

by the time you can use this nano (lvl 24) you will not have a 6 slot on.
