A 220 Fixer only uses ~330 NCU selfbuffed anyway...For fixers the good part is the snare/root resist, the 500 NCU is more helpful to soldiers and agents and such when teamed with fixer. I don't run out of NCU when using this and didn't with the old one either.

So at 220 u can just take off all ur NCU and put Recompilers/Cost debuffers etc and u will still hav a shitload of NCU for urself? :P

And this is why my fixer was running around without a belt for two months. Now if only they nerfed all the new NCUs to half their capacity fixers might become wanted one day.

so to me the effect means root/snare resistance, plus if you do get rooted/snared every 15 seconds they'll wipe? thats super sweet stuff
