i like it for pvm^^
when you have your weapon 1/1 then you make with that 600 more dmg. yes its not many but in raids like aipf or pande it scales up^^ and the best thing is i make with that 3k norm and 5k crit hits solo :D

+150 Damage isn't THAT great for keepers, but remember you have people duel wielding weapons in your team :)

Meh, 130 is just fine. The amount of crap you have to go though to get this and cast it .. Not really worth it. FC still thinks their servers are populated by thousands of players and has yet to adjust a shitload of quests to be doable.
