so if im reading this right it can be cast on anyone? but the description says NT's and NT's have humidity extractor no one else.

Actually, NTs are mentionned for background purpose... nothing to do with the effect. More or less Corbinson screwed Izgi and did reversed engineering on HE to come with GTH...
But it's still usable on ANYONE.

If you cast this on The Beast, and continue to do so every time it's ready, you can fight it without the danger of 10k AoE nukes or the annoyance of 100% reflect shields. Everybody loves traders in Pande now! \o/
