Get this at the end of the Yuttos quest chain in Scheol. Need to finish the Jobe Scientist quest chain first though...18 hours for the mezzing stick and this puppy.
Sum up: Worth it. Lower resist rating, higher damage, and combined with a bit of extra nanodamage can be a good friend alongside some of your 2-hand weapons like the Tigress or the 2hb sticks. Timing this to work with dual-wielding might be a bit problematic tho.

Yeah in my oppinion the only profesion that realy NEED'S to make the two scheol quest lines(Jobe Scientists & Knowledge of the Yuttos) is MP.

Improved Mind Quake does more damage after lvl 120, can get this one as low as 80
