Faction with Guardian of Shadow greater than 5000 (pretty easy to do)
Also.. this can be purchased from the dispenser in Fair Trade (Borealis)

Garden of Dalja/Gilthar Key requires lvl145 to equip, so the level requirement of this nano is quite meaningless, I think :)

Just a note... despite what the nano says, it can't be uploaded until you're level 145 as well. It may be that the To Use on the nano crystal is checking for the key as well, I'm not sure. It just wouldn't let me use it until I hit 145.

How is that in any way wrong? The only reference to purchase was "is can be purchased from the dispenser in Fair Trade" which is an advanced\superior shop.
