Wierd but true, this one is the most effective AC debuff for pvm, not the higher ql one.

I know this is more than a year after Shareida's comment, but can anyone explain how would Abolish Bismuth have a greater effect than Abolish Polonium?

The higher one only debuffs 25k if the mob has over 25k, debuffs 20k between 20k and 25k, and debuffs 10k between 10k and 20k.
This one debuffs 18k for any value over 18k (so 18-20k, this debuffs more than higher one). Between 12k and 18k, this one debuffs 12k (2k more than the higher one). This one is better for mobs that have between 12-20k, above 20k the higher nano is indeed better.
