Description: Empowering the attacks of the Agent, the Anger Shock will occasionally cause the Agent to inflict an additional 89 points of damage upon a successful attack.
Effects Box: On Use User Modify Projectile damage modifier 25 (etc..)

gives a Bonus of 25 damage to each attack it is missing the effects for the proc though which are a 21% chance of causing
