You only need to summon the thing once every 6 hours. It should be easy enough to find a buff.
Anyways, from title lock, i'd be surprised if it cant be selfed, since you'd have all that spare IP.

I could self this without buffs or any nanoskill buffing armor or weapons. Perks+Symbiants and you should easily get this.
