Deprevation of Celerity lasts for an extra second though. Attacking at 1/1 you'll get this procing just over every 7 seconds (it lasts for 9), but if you're slower than that.... well it's something to bear in mind.

I have noticed that this one is better than the -750, 800 seems to take off the edge on the attackspeed on inf dyna's, those 50 points are really helpfull, but I wouldnt use this one for anything but pvm vs dyna
