This is one of those nanos that the FC devs tossed in to 'justify' the huge nerfs they put on crats. The argument is flawed, acting like every crat has this, improved red tape, and improved cut red tape, when really about a dozen have any of these.

Hum...i didnt see any BIG crat nerf, maybe less advantaged shifting from rk to sl than some other professions , but still a very worthy profession for a complete team :)
