uhm, does a lvl 195+ keeper need 6 Reflect ? or am i just missin something ?

They don't... however, put them in a tank team with a soldier and watch something truely evil ^_^ +6% and +80% from AMSIV or when AMS is down 39% from PNS and this, that extra 6% is -very- handy. Considering how much damage some high end raid mobs spit out, its a life saver.

2% from bio perk, 32% from dev armour, rrfe 30%, and tis 6%= 70% reflect. i *think* theres also reflect bracers that add 6% to certain dmg types, so 92% like? teehee godmode ftw
