Health, recover 42% is that of the 100 damage or the normal damage? if so, 42 hp at lvl 75+ isnt much.. then the last nano is better

Not sure this is worth the 130 dd per proc, with 25% less proc chance (10% instead of 13) for the healing it gives, but with the change in how damage is added, you can now heal more. My 75 keeper is healing about 100 per hit when this goes off due to damage add items and buffs.
