I can could cast this at lvl 140 with BM,TS and MC at 993, why in the hell is lvl Requirements 175. Was looking for the info for this, and it says lvl 175?

It's dyna loot only. Not sure where, I bought mine on GMS for 6m last night. It makes a HUGE difference in Biazu's attack.
