It's in the shop anyway, I know because I bought it. If it's not in the Basic Shop, check the Advanced Shop. Also check the IPS in Jobe if you have Shadowlands.

yeah, just look within basic and advanced shops, it should be there. this is pretty good for lower levels like lvl 30-40, so this is a "must have" :P
