for all dmg types but projectile. then projectile is:
"modify user projectile ac 5"
and "As an additional effect, all damage output is increased with 3 points"

Nanos like this is why I'm glad I'm not an trox soldier. Self-casting this and clip junkie at 203. Could self-cast this at 197 I believe.
