MAs dont need more heals. Dont you get it? Advies dont hit overly hard, half the damage is perks, so they have time to heal. MA is a big damage, the recharge it low so you can insta it and not miss any hits. Im not complaining, all MA heals are like that and i survive just fine, stop whining ffs, if they made it quick recharge you would whine about the temp. damage buff nanoskills debuff or something damn stupid. Its a heal. It heals. You have plenty of perks and specs to cover the recharge.

Cutting down half of the recharge time will make it a decent healing nano. And because this is the end-game item for MA, the requirement of it is reasonable.

if you look at the heals table, this one has 60th place, that nano is crap (its MA endgame heal dont forget)
Even traders have better heals then this one
