Every few seconds? You do know you can't lower re-charge right? 7.5 seconds is a -long- time to let them heal and or stop PvP and PvM.
No thanks, due to the upgraded speed and range by hecklers I would much rather use VE. Good luck with Kels', you officially suck.

kels ftw. Best kiting nano imo - simply because with VE you are stopping and starting alot more. I like to relax, have a quick chat with my team before i have to nuke again. only problem with this is fumbles. otherwise its just plain easier to use than VE. ends up having higher dmg anyway with higher nanodmg%.
on the other hand at the end of a kite i tend to use VE over this before they split off to far and end up rnning into the back of them..

Worthless nano. VE much better. Maybe this would be good to kill off a group in pvp at the end, but other than that, it's worthless.

The *Real* reasons that Kel's Neutrnium Plaything is a better nuke for Kiting Hecklers.
1. Kel's Neutronium Plaything has a 10% less NR check than Volcanic Eruption. This means less chance of a heckler Resisting the nuke, causing no damage.
2. Kels Neutronium Plaything while being alot mroe damage does have a longer recharge, which which time i you had 2k runspeed and didn't have to worry about keeping hecks off your ass you could technically do more damage with Volcanic Eruption, Unless, like most people who can get higher runspeed, you have much more nano init at the time and + nano damage again, making Kel's the better choice.
3. Kel's has a 5m wider range than VE which means it hits more stragglers and makes it easier to pull.
4. If you kite alot, you notice alot of hecklers die at different times, using VE this happens alot more, slowing them down and seperating them, making them hard to kill, Ke'ls does all the damage at once, while they are together killing them quickly and close together making for a more efficient crat perking.
