if u are a lvl 220 NT ( i dont think u ever use this nano ) ur NanoC. Init is about 2500 or something that means instead of 28 sec this nano can be casted in 20 sec.. 0.o still quiet useless if u think about better use Izgimmin Ultimatum with 2500 Nano init only take 5 sec to cast..

Taunt makes it pointless to use in a team with a tank (like pen bosses or gens with huge hp, or even high ql dynas) as (i think) enf's max taunt is 10k, wheras this does 15k.. = death to nt. REAL usless unless your only killing mobs with less than 9k hp :P Ohh and a side note, 200 nano init is 1 sec on a nano up to 1200 nano init.. then its 1 sec per 400. so 2000 ish nano init will bring this to 19 seconds at full agg, with a 7 sec recharge.

this is funny none of you read the fact that this nano taunts mobs by 15646 and to make things more amusing the recharge time is sucky by the time it recharges your dead already if your pvping, another point to note doesnt anyone take ac's and nano resist into consideration this nano will never kill a high lvl toon in one blast.

Kinda handy when you can first cast it if you root a mob & back off... as someone already said, roots don't always break. Awkward if they do & you're in the hellish recharge :)
