I made calculations ; if I get a pocket-MP and a pocket-Trader from my nice org (a pocket-Doc too for another item, which needs both Treatment and Comp Lit), I should be able to twink on easily a QL 175 Belt on my level 21 Agent...So it's possible, but not easy. And I'm not a twinking expert, other guys in my org twink on a 6-slots belt easily at 13...

As amazing as it is, watching these discussions, I still have one question:
What do you need a 6-slot belt for at levels below 25? I twinked on a GA1 on my baby-fix at level 24, took me the gcb, NB-ring and some other stuff, but that's about the most NCU-demanding item I can think about (buff-wise). Ok, I can admit that getting on a big bad weapon takes some NCU, but if you'll OE it by 50% when the twink-buffs run out, why even bother? FYI, I had 200+ NCU with the gcb, more by far than I needed... So why even bother?

Yeah. Even Frequent customer reduces a bit the costs, I use it sometimes on my agent twink while buying expensive items in shop
Mizzfixit ~> The point is storing buffs like Dr Haqu'n Quack, Rrfe, Behemot, CS, UA (for agents), TTS (for agents and crit-lovers), Mochies (if you cast a lot of nanos)...You can't store all of em, but guess how a twink with Doc's and Enforcer's health buffs (SOME[no pun intended, doc HP buff], Behe and CS) would rock at low PvP...then, go kill clannies (I'm omni) with your uber gun you put on with uber imps you could implant with so much NCU to hold Abils/Treatment buffs... :P If you'er an Agent, get UA and TTS, and if you hard-twinked your agent, at 21, without AI armor, you can hold a QL 100ish Perennium Sniper out of aggro, which does serious damage

Oh, and twinking isn't really a goal. It's sometimes nice to see how far you can twink a char, and its fun too, when you can hit normal mobs for 600+ ASes at 21 :)

A last post : when I say twinks need NCU, it's about tower wars. I really don't like duels (they're a bit pointless for me), as they need you to be selfbuffed...which doesn't let you take your tower twink and rock, because a tower twink is designed to hold a lot of outside buffs...
I prefer taking down towers, then levelling faster my main and my alts, and also getting a few more points in skills with towers
