To anyone complaining about IP issues and this nano:
I am deciding not to pump a ton of BM on my sold just to use this... wait till higher, get mochams, some decent symbs, whatever. By 70-80 I can see someone casting this without much trouble

This has now been changed giving soldier a choice of two heal nanos:
"Don't Fear the Reaper", a 30% instant heal or
"Adrenaline Rush" a 45% heal over 30s
Both with 3min lockout. Pretty great.
