yeah pretty easy to instacast this. just uploaded it on my NT yesterday. in the 5-6 hours ive kited so far kels is not better than VE and VE is not better than kels. they both have their uses in certain situations. IMO every kiter should have this VE and boil blood on their hotbar while kiting.
there have also been alot of people getting flagged and jumping into a kite so they flag the kiter. then rooting or killing he kiter. why do people do this. a word of caution to anyone kiting.

hmm... theres a bit difference between getting 874 MC/TS with wrangle/mochams and full arithmetic and other nice thingies, and 994 MC (hmm do I see a difference of 120 there?)

They do this to get rid of the kiter so their own nt can get the spot on a lame way

picsl2 and nukeaway obviously dont quite understand the point. As for PvP; casting 5 VE's instead of 1 Kel's, means 5 times more reflect damage, which again means dead NT.
As for kiting hecklers, 5 VE's means stopping up 5 times instead of 1 running.
Then again, easy to brag about stuff here without needing to prove anything, eh;)
However if you just used this, it gives your opponent time to heal... meaning dead nt again ^^

Good nano to use in ely, since it only requires you to stop once every few seconds and instacast, a bit less lag-affected than vulcanic erupt which you need to run, stop, cast, run, stop cast etc

I actually use AoE's for PvP sometimes. The insta-cast and quite-fast recharge is lovely.
