I don't care how high your nano init is or how far away from the mob you are, 8s is a loooong time to wait to do any more damage. Unless you kill it with the first cast, you are hamburger before you can cast anything else. I have inits max but they do nothing for recast time. Tried to use it in a team, and the mob typically goes down in less than 20 seconds. I found I could do much more to help the team by using 3s nukes and being ready to calm adds. Bout the only thing this is good for is Kiting

Idk...28sec is alot of time but!!....if NANO INT. maxed out it will be much faster depending on your NANO INT.....Someone please send me a tell in the game i want ot know were i can buy this or get it...if you have it please pm me or leave a comment =] so i can buy =D in my opinion just try it so you actually know if it works or no.

i say get this nuke, for the plain and simple reason that if you dont get it you will be stuck casting ief (and a few nano eating sl ones) for around 80 lvls. and btw it works fine in pvp, not as if you hit with ief and just stand there till you can cast it again! you hit then run... so what if you have to run for an extra 4 secs...after getting hit by this its usually the other toon that runs

This is a nasty nuke If you pick it up early its pretty good. Add a Nano recompiler it moves much faster and a standard NT ups nano init in a big big way.

This nuke is useful because your roots have a % chance of breaking on every nano attack you use, so you can root/nuke for more damage with this, before the root breaks.
