Is this nano broken? It seems to land far too good. I have a 117 enf with 1400+NR. I tested land rate with a 110 doc. She has 900 something psymod and 1100 something bm. How can this turn into an over 95% land rate at full def?
Anyone know?
I also have a 117 doc myself and I've never failed to land an init debuff on anyone. :\
