yeah, no DoT, hits you once for like 10 hp. This wont take much ip after lvl 100 with all your other stuff. Very much worth it considering how fast you can spam it. So when you hit 220 you might feel the need to get a few k ip back by resetting it, big whoop

I can tell you, it takes more than 110k IP to get BM/MM high enough to use this, assuming you havn't put points into it beforehand. I would say like, 140, 150k IP. But then again, getting imps and what not will surely reduce the cost.
Also; very rollable. Just rolled it if anyone wants to know.

Noobs, thats one of the best r-ka heals in the game. It can be instacast at lvl 60 and if it is it heals better than for example top MA rka heal or trader hp drain. Its also good for pvp vs NTs who can pierce reflects so tms is worthless anyway. OMHH can outheal ely heck dmg and doesnt require switching target on your self so it doesnt conflict with perking. Its simply godmode at lower lvls and i cant see the point in using any tms before lvl 100.

i used this alot soloing Azzy with this is nice and fun :) a jame + this is almost godlike :p use this until you got just enough for TMS 4/5 and the hit tms heal with healkits in the mean while and battle prepared nanorechargers.

This nano is useful, but its just another tool in your toolbox. It is not an end-all-be-all like TMS or doc/adv heals, nor was it intended to be. :p
