I am 56 and have been using MA as a weapon the whole time. havent use these once and i seem to be doing well.

MA doc + 400ish in nano init + 200 nano init from the deck6 util means you can instacast this, adds more damage without interrupting your MA attacks. Basically an extra 325 dps DoT if you have extra nano to burn
Until you can insta it though, not better than your regular attack

droid327 is correct, it's nice once it's instacast. Was using it while I was still a poor little electronicum-wielding doc. Trouble is, it's a short lived nano. Once you can instacast this you're likely doing more dmg to mobs with higher AC. Rarely did it do more than 350dmg and often it will hit for ... 288. It's a good nano to use if A. You are melee. B. You have a mob in tow as a kite. C. you don't have powerful DoTs yet.
