i can use it at lvl 82 with moochams and ql 145 imps :P
Used it at level60 with mochs, 131 wrangle and 130ish imps, to get 2x VTE's equipped :-)
lol i coulda doen the same just i didnt use VTEs and a 131+ wrangler
