I'm surprised nobody said anything about the 8sec casting time... Way too long for a nano that you want to cast at the start of a fight (And with a 6 min duration I'd say you want to cast it as close to the start of the fight as possible).
8s is instant cast np.

this percentage is based not on your MA skill but on cost to increase (same as NT perks, etc).
At 220 with maxed EvadeClC you will have cost 1099. 24% of it = +263 to evade closed.

I just reseted my perks and did a ip reset > i have 1305 base evades
1305*0.24= +313 evade closed

This is good for doing RK stuff, when you know for a fact which evades each mob will check. In missions with monsters it's the best because 99.9999% of the time monsters check evade close and, well... you'll have a boatload of it with this nano running :P
