Should be target level locked too.
Low tower fights depend on buffs, and not skill...I would love to see all those noobies get owned without this.
In fact, outside buffs should just totally go away if your attacking a tower or attacking someone that attacks your towers.

hmm sure at 100 with ci but i'm 140 and just about cast this if it wasn't lvl locked, only thing i'm missing is 779 MM and i have 720 MM and i'm not even maxed yet, if fc would just drop the lvl req's down to the lvl of the nano all them are doable, not sure about a ga fixer thou...

Can cast this at lvl 109 with a CI... but can't due to level lock.

I got a lvl 161 fr00b GA3 Fixer that can cast this easily. I just wish the level lock was lower

WTB a target lvl lock. Dueled a nubish 15lv enfo, had to root him for 15 min just because of this =/
