Xaam that would stink. Nano init changes casting time, but not recharge. rather have long cast and low recharge. Get a viral compiler in or something.

nimarq i think ur missing the point... if u can instacast this during bio, u can fully concentrate on attacking till bio runs out and while the recharge lasts, the cocon lasts so u dont need to cast anything anyway

Handy during alien raids when you dont have a doc. When tank hits 50%, i fire up the complete heal. By that time, the tank has enough aggro built up that the general doesnt turn on me when the heal lands.

recharge will stay at 13 sec nomatter how much Nano C init you have. and capping 13 sec is quite impossible imo.
