Between this and frigid landscape, use this for SL-it's a higher minimum damage, so will do better in SL kiting and such.

Largest range on AoE up to this point. Higher ql ones get better range, but only a few lower than this see 15m. Most are 12m. Should help in gathering kites.

ok so look... im not a twinked nt, but im level 70... ql 131 imps, tripled in matter creation. im looking at about 570ish matCrea self... (froob) and im using most of the nanoskill buffing armor (tear soaked pillow ql 51, neleb's master robe, two rings of presence etc)... so im wondering where the extra 100 matcrea comes from on a non twink?
