well all use i can find for it is aoe healing on some specific mobs but u really gotta hug the wall with this 1 :o

good for rk, bad for sl. however awesome at the lower levels teaming with a guy whos got an alt doc that ch's. 210 doc just chs and takes aggro of 10 nas hecks, then we just pick em off one by one =P

O&A is helpful for chain healing whole team in some high lvl RK raids. e.g. Biodome, where the super difficult mobs keep nuking anyone in range. May need two high lvl docs in each team in such kind of raids.

i find that this nano is pretty usefull for rk, i think that taking the aggro is better then having ur tank dead, and u can use the memory wipe ring from totw to get rid of that aggro

never saw doc get aggro in IS, though casted it as often as possible, guess it depends on team :)
tremor is quite right, though you dont need another doc to heal the tank... 2 advs are enough imho
