Yeh Moniker except that when traders wrangle it decreases their skills and increases those of the target.
Although i suppose they could get another trader to do it for them... but then so can any prof...

This is why traders should all use rifles. This+drains+wrangle from another trader+scope+tts = WAY higher ql rifle than one ought to ever be able to use :D
