Nowhere, because...
1.)...you have no chance to store NCU-costs about 200 for all Mochis, Wrangle and Drains with lvl 20 (first fixer-buff starts at lvl 25).
2.)...this nano won`t help you a bit to equip any belt. It uses 51 NCU and lasts for 60 seconds...you already need 10 secondes to dequip each NCU and another 70 seconds to dequip your old belt. So you are fu**ed up with your very own 8 NCU and maybe some extra from Carbonum Armor...but you need at minimum 51 NCU to recast Mogul, `cause it`s already gone.

Cookiedent, you can use Blackmane's belt (the one you get on the newbie island). It takes only 20 seconds for it to dequip.

8 NCU to start with. CoH collar = 30 NCU. Subway NCU ring = 20 more NCU. NCU armor = 10-15(?). So NCU to cast 1 nano is never a problem :o

you can recast it once set, even if you have less ncu than is needed to cast it initially. so just have a trader cast it on u, and start swapping belts and ncu, and have him recast if every 30 seconds. problem solved. and i just tried this, so it works.

and err a thing called old glitch where the token board did not have a req on it and you could term xp at any lvl token board adds 200 blah

castin trading mogal at lvl 35 is theroetically impossible, so i hardly beleiev u were able to equip it even with moochies.

Its posible to svitch belt u just pick a unequiped belt and put it in over the already equiped one and when the buff run out the belt will still be put in without it :P..
