With this and pretty average gear my Solitus soldier now has more heal delta than what is healed by Lasting Ultimatum and he's just 215.

The 1244 BM reqs are not particularly bad, its just apart from this none of the other soldier hp buffs are worth the IP...so is it worth spending alot of IP into a dark blue skill just to use this 1 nano? IMO yes..just.

With a 2-second heal delta tick, this nano alone provides 1050 hp per minute. Lasting Ultimatum (top fixer HoT to be cast on others) averages 2904 hp per minute. In my opinion, this works with other heal delta buffing equipment (implant clusters, medical expertise, etc) as an effective healing method to pair with your reflects. I would not hesitate to use this instead of behemoth, as you'll heal back the difference between this and behemoth in the first minute.
