i dont get how this is considered the BEST fixer backslot since this add 800 to def. mod & GA IV adds 2100, the only reason why its better is useable in SL, RK GA IV way better...

Uh, no. Shadowweb spinner can be used with armor, GA can't. Plus GA can't be used in SL. This is the best fixer backslot, period.

While we're at it.. lets list the advantages this has over GA...
1) Can be worn with armor (huge +)
2) Doesn't suffer from nt GA nukes
3) GA gets instakilled by Mongo Rage

I am 41 points off self casting at level 217, so easy to do without outside buffs. That is also not using a phulak.

GA4 sucks realy bad compared to anything over mk6
with this u get crit reduction.. anyone grasp the consept? that meens u dont get caped with AS from others than agents... well u can..but not nearly as often.. and u dont get hit with normale hits if they dont mongo rage your ass... and still u can evade that as well if u use your god given fixer skills.... besides.. use GA4 at higher lvl? u gimp your dmg.. and attack rating... 300+ attack rating from SS armor. 70+ dmg from SS armor. 50+ from this. u still have 1100 add all def all the time from just this and perks.... and u get 2100 just like GA4 when u need it for 1min 5sec..and that's normaly more than enough... u get more AC, more HP, more dmg.
how can anyone even think GA4 is even comparable

for ppl who dont understand, GA is a social armor, ie; you cant wear other armors with it, this is like a tank armor, except way better, and while it isnt as good as ga alone, if u count in having full sharp or whatever other armor you want, then its way better.
