Word to note: What the nano does exactly is fear the target for 5 seconds. He will run in the opposite direction and the player will have no control over his character. It will break instantly if you hit him (I think). Once the fear subsides, the player will be further snared for 5 seconds (legs trembling in epik phear). 3 minute cooldown, instant-cast.
Also another point: You can only use this if you are flagged. (And your target too if I'm not wrong)
Nano is especially useful in PvP for killing those buggers who run into a backyard at 20% health. Just fear them and break it instantly with an attack. They will be snared anyway, and will be unable to run to the nearest doorway.
