I'm not sure about that... Divest +170, Plunder +178, Mochams +140, Wrangle from other Trader +132, Expertise +20. Like 620 there. At 217 1030 should not be any problem, considering symbiants, etc.

At 209 i could cast it easily ... and Only with a composite infuse. At 217 i think you could be nearly able to cast it even without deprives if you could afford spending that much IP in TS/PM .

well, the trader needs to be atleast lvl 217 to cast it...
and can cast it on a lvl 1 if he could get 53 ncu :)

that would work, except that if you click on the Team Cast link, it says Target Level >= 205...

mmm actually this umbral adds +153 to skills if the trader has distill with life perked up to 10, though im not sure if 6 points of skill makes much difference to a level 205+er o.O
